A description of the protocol settings.

Chipshop Unique Algorithm Settings:

  • Deep Fat Fryer (Boardroom) Epoch duration:

    • 6 hours during expansion.

    • 4 hours during the contraction — the protocol reacts faster to stabilise CHIPS coin price to peg as compared to other protocols with longer epoch durations.

  • Epoch Expansion:

    • Initially capped at 5% if there are bonds to be redeemed.

    • 3% if the treasury is sufficiently full to meet bond redemption.

    • MPEAS tokens do not expire and this greatly reduces the risk for bond buyers.

    • Cap will be reduced as the supply of CHIPS coins increases.

  • The protocol keeps 65% of the expanded CHIPS coin supply for FISH boardroom stakers, for each epoch expansion, with 35% toward DAO Fund. During the debt phase, 50% of minted CHIPS coins will be sent to the treasury for MPEAS holders to participate in bond redemption.

  • No discount for bond purchases, but the premium bonus for bond redemptions occurs if users wait for CHIPS coins to increase over the 1 BETH peg.

Participate in the Deep Fat Fryer (Boardroom).

Deep Fat Fryer (Boardroom) opens 9 days after the launch date and the first seigniorage will take place 6 hours after that.
